This summer, graduates of the 2026 joined TeKMax Cleanroom to embark on their professional journey. The company delivered a 10-day immersive onboarding training program, helping new talents smoothly transition from students to professional team members and integrate into the TeKMax family.

TekMax provided one stop onboarding services and relaxing ice breaking activities for new recruits, enabling them to break the ice rapidly, connect with colleagues and build a strong sense of belonging.

Mr. Jin Henian, General Manager, delivered a corporate culture session. He shared the company’s 20 year development journey, core values and original aspiration in the cleanroom industry, helping new employees clarify career positioning and firm their growth resolve.
Systematic Training & Solid Skill Building
Tailored to cleanroom engineering features and job requirements, the training covered business overview, engineering safety, design technology, financial management and operational norms. Combining theoretical lectures, case analysis and interactive Q&A, the structured courses effectively consolidated new employees professional capabilities and accelerated job adaptation.
