2025

TekMax continued to expand its global business, achieving record-high overseas revenue and celebrating the 20th anniversary of its establishment.

2024

TekMax established its Shanghai Branch and achieved a new milestone in overseas business by securing its first overseas cleanroom project in the electronics industry.

2023

TekMax completed an upgrade of its enterprise qualification certifications and established the TekMax Technical Innovation Team. The company expanded its pharmaceutical division into emerging business areas and implemented quantifiable, transparent performance metrics across all positions to better provide clients with services that exceed expectations.

2022

TekMax placed on-time project delivery at the center of its operations. The company integrated BIM technology throughout the entire project lifecycle and introduced standardized milestone checkpoints to strengthen delivery management. TekMax also optimized its organizational structure and improved workforce allocation.

2020

TekMax’s annual sales surpassed RMB 250 million. The company established its International Business Department to accelerate global market expansion and implemented its corporate partnership system and employee stock ownership plan.

2019

TekMax completed its first overseas cleanroom construction project and relocated its headquarters to the 7th Floor of Xinxing Xinghai Center.
The company released its Three-Step Five-Year Development Roadmap, custom-developed a proprietary ERP system to achieve enterprise-wide information-based management, and established its long-term goal of becoming a leading controlled-environment system integrator in China, recognized for strong delivery capabilities and advanced technologies.

2018

TekMax took the lead in the industry by launching standardized construction management procedures. The company established an automatic control component factory to deepen its industrial layout and confirmed its long-term strategy of standardization, proceduralization, and intelligent upgrading.

2017

TekMax’s annual sales exceeded RMB 100 million, accompanied by a comprehensive upgrade of its corporate visual identity. The company developed its first-generation color-coated steel panel installation manipulator and fully applied BIM technology across the entire lifecycle of cleanroom construction projects for the first time.

2015

TekMax was certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise. The company launched its Youth Talent Development Program, formalizing its internal talent development system. TekMax was also granted multiple utility model patents and established a regular mechanism for independent technological innovation.

2012

TekMax introduced the operating principle of “delivering quality workmanship to earn lasting customer trust.” The company established a partnership with Inner Mongolia Yili Group for cleanroom workshop projects and finalized its development strategy, focusing on the food and pharmaceutical industries as core target markets.

2011

TekMax set forth its corporate vision: “To Create a Cleaner World.” The company also pioneered the use of 3D modeling in engineering practice, laying the foundation for its later development of BIM capabilities.

2010

TekMax was awarded the Hisense project, further strengthening its brand reputation and market influence. The company also established its core values: Integrity and Trust, Open Communication, Accountability, and Continuous Learning.

2009

TekMax delivered its first biocleanroom project and expanded its business into the food industry. The company introduced its development philosophy: to become a key link in the supply chains of Fortune Global 500 enterprises.

2008

TekMax began participating in the construction of large-scale manufacturing facilities with high cleanliness requirements. The company secured the Qingdao Haier project, marking its entry into the industrial cleanroom sector and establishing its first partnership with a Fortune Global 500 client.

2006

TekMax obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and began building its corporate management system. The early foundation of the company’s corporate culture also took shape around the principle of “One Team, One Lifetime, One Mission.”

2005

Dalian TekMax Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established and completed its first cleanroom engineering project, defining cleanroom engineering as the company’s core business.
